The season, on and off the court

Not just picture day

Most league photos are one pose against one backdrop, taken once and forgotten. This season there are two parts. Picture day gives every player portraits worth framing, and a buddy shot with the friend they'll remember from this team. Game day captures what they came for: the serve, the dig, the celebration after the point.

How it works

Simple from start to finish

01

Picture day

The club picks one of two options and sets the team schedule. Every team gets a team photo. Families buy portraits: pay day-of by card or cash, or prepay before picture day. No appointment needed.

02

Game day

One team parent emails the match date and court. A payment link holds the date. The gallery link goes to every family within 48 hours.

03

What you get

Edited, high-resolution digital photos in a private gallery to download, print and post.

Picture day pricing

The club picks how picture day is paid for: a one-time session fee, or nothing at all, with families covering it through their portrait orders.

Option 1 · Club-funded The club pays a session fee
Club pays$600once
Families pay$30each
  • A team photo of every team, covered by the club's fee.
  • Individual portraits are optional. Families who want them buy them on picture day.
  • The club knows its cost up front.
Option 2 · Parent-funded Free for the club
Club pays$0
Families pay$40each
  • The team photo is included in every athlete's portrait package.
  • 60-athlete minimum. If fewer than 60 athletes order, the club covers $40 for each athlete short of 60.
Both options include

Two studio sets in the gym. A dark set with haze and court light, and a clean white set.

A schedule for every team. Teams rotate through on times the club sets.

Payments handled for you. Families pay me directly, so the club has nothing to collect.

Questions
Can we split Team Game Day?

That's how most teams do it. One parent books and collects, and every family gets the full gallery.

Do I need an appointment for picture day?

No. Show up at your team's scheduled time in uniform.

Which option should our club pick?

Option 1 if the club has a budget and wants every family to get the team photo. Option 2 if the club would rather pay nothing and let families buy what they want.

Do we have to buy portraits?

No. Your athlete is in the team photo either way. With the parent-funded option, the team photo comes with the portrait package.

How soon do we get photos?

Game day galleries arrive within 48 hours of the match.

How do I book?

Email mike@pilgrimagemedia.com or text 951.587.1238 with the match date and team name.
